Celebrate This Season of Gratitude

Dear Vega,

As Thanksgiving is upon us, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for having you as a part of the Vega family. Whether you’ve been part of the Vega family for many years, or are just beginning your summer camp journey, we are incredibly thankful for the time we get to spend on Echo Lake each summer, the partnerships we have nurtured, and the countless cherished memories we’ve created together and look forward to creating! The foundation of these relationships and experiences lay in Vega’s 5 values, Believe in Yourself, Build Unity, Live with Integrity, Have Empathy and Choose Gratitude. We are working hard to plan for summer ‘25 and aim for each camper and staff member to embody our values on a daily basis.

This year we are grateful for so much. Your unwavering support and enthusiasm breathe life into our camp community, making it both vibrant and extraordinary. We treasure the laughter, friendships, and experiences that flourish at Vega, and we eagerly anticipate many more unforgettable moments together in the future. We are so excited to welcome so many new families to our community! 

Over the next few months, new campers will have the opportunity to send in a picture of themselves along with answers to some “get to know you questions.” As we get this information we will make sure to post it on our password protected New Campers page. A separate email with the password will be sent. 

As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we wish you and your loved ones a warm, joyous Thanksgiving filled with love, appreciation, and wonderful memories. Thank you for being such a cherished part of our Vega family.
