As the week winds down, all of Vega comes together at Sunset Circle. Surrounded by trees and familiar faces, we gather around the fire to sing, reflect, and appreciate the summer we are sharing. It is a quieter part of camp life, and one that connects girls across bunks, ages, and generations.
A moment to pause
Our weekly Sunday gathering gives everyone time to slow down. We look back on the week, hear updates from Camper Council, and recognize the people and experiences that make camp meaningful. In the middle of a summer filled with activity, there is room simply to listen and be together.
Songs that become part of your summer
At first, some of the songs may be new. As the weeks pass, the words become familiar, and singing them together becomes part of feeling at home. Returning campers help carry these traditions forward, and every new camper becomes part of them.
Gratitude and belonging
