Hello Camp Vega!

We want to give Vega ’26 a heads up! We are mailing all current campers a small package in the mail because this year we are inviting all campers to bring change to create a world of change. World of Change, is returning to Vega and they create meaningful giving experiences that teach everyone that even a little pocket change can make a huge difference to other children. We just mailed all Vega campers small change purses (shout out to Mayu and Amelia for taking time out of their official office duties)! We hope that everyone can collect loose change that has been sitting around in between their couch cushions and then bring that change with them to camp. Matt is going to come back to camp this summer and give the girls a chance to once again choose how they would like to allocate those pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters.

Fill these change pouches that you should receive by next week with any loose change lying around and bring them to camp, Vega will match every penny!

The World of Change focuses on fund initiatives across six core areas: housing, food security, education, financial literacy, health and wellness, and children’s play. World of Change operate on a 100% donation model for coins, which means that all change donations are donated for good. We are looking forward to welcoming Matt and the World of Change mobile back to camp this year and know that we are going to make the biggest difference yet with Vega campers helping kids!
