Weekly Recap Newsletter!
Welcome back to our weekly camp blog! We had an action-packed week filled with fun, teamwork, and memorable experiences. Let’s dive into the highlights.
Week Two Recap Video
We’re excited to share the Week Two Recap video. 4th of July, Senior Camp Beach Night, and clips from Camp Olympics it was a week to remember.

Now, here are a few highlights and updates from week three!
Camp Olympics: A Fierce Competition
The Camp Olympics have been consistently thrilling. The Green Team took a commanding lead early in the summer. However, their success only served to motivate the White Team even more. Over the past week, the White Team has been steadily closing the gap, demonstrating incredible teamwork and resilience. The competition is heating up, and we can’t wait to see what Junior Airband tonight along with events throughout next week holds!
Beach Trip Extravaganza
Wednesday was a day of sun, sand, and surf as our campers headed out for a much-anticipated beach trip. Each age group had their own adventure:
- Sub Juniors through Sub Supers spent the day at Aquaboggan, enjoying the water slides, wave pools, and other attractions. It was a day filled with laughter and excitement.
- Super Juniors and Inters relaxed at Crescent Beach, soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. The beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a day of fun and relaxation.
- Seniors and Super Seniors had a fantastic time at Ferry Beach, followed by a trip to the movies. It was a perfect blend of beach fun and cinematic entertainment.
Tamary Take Over Day
While the rest of the camp was out and about, the oldest age group, Tamary, had their special day at camp. Known as “Tamary Take Over Day,” it was filled with unique and exciting activities:
- Tubing and Ropes Course: The Tamary campers showed their adventurous side with thrilling tubing rides and challenging ropes course activities.
- Hanging Out at the Lake: They enjoyed the serene lake environment, perfect for relaxing and bonding with friends.
- Cooking with Bruna: Culinary skills were put to the test as they fine tuned delicious treats with beloved Bruna.
- Lunch from Fayette General Store: A delicious lunch was enjoyed, adding a special touch to their day.
Tamary Take Over Day was a resounding success, providing a mix of adventure, relaxation, and culinary delights.
