As the year winds down and winter has settled in at Vega, we’re thinking about how grateful we are for our entire Vega community – campers, families, staff, and alumni. Throughout the last 90 years, you have continued to make this place what it is. The holidays are a time to slow down, reconnect, and reflect, and we hope this season brings warmth, rest, and meaningful moments to you and your family.
Even while camp feels far away, Vega is never really dormant. We hope you all are able to represent the spirit of summer friendship, unity, growth, and joy through Chanukah, Christmas, and the start of the New Year!
SUPPORT THE CAMP VEGA FOUNDATION
The end of the year is also such an important moment to think about giving back. The Camp Vega Foundation (CVF) was created in 2018 to offer financial assistance to Vega campers who need it most, through the generosity of donors. CVF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity governed by a Board of Directors made up of Vega alumni and families.
