Founded in 1936, Camp Vega has helped thousands of girls (ages 7-15) discover the strength, self-esteem and confidence they need to go after their dreams. The responsibilities staff have at camp will allow you to gain experience in the professional world for nearly every area of collegiate study, from management to food service to equestrian to healthcare. We are also able to provide many paid accredited internships for staff.

Our staff is comprised of approximately 165 female staff and 50 male staff. While some positions do not require formal professional experience and training and certifications are an option, to be successful staff must be ready to immerse themselves in the experience.
