Terms
To secure a spot at Camp Vega, please submit an application and deposit. Payment options selected when completing the application. Camp Vega accepts check, E-check, Zelle, Wire Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- $4,000 deposit with application
- $3,000 payment by November 1, 2025
- $3,000 payment by February 1, 2026
- Balance due April 30, 2026

All payments to Camp Vega are fully refundable up to 100 days prior to opening day minus non-refundable fees paid by Camp Vega such as credit card fees or chaperoned airline reservations. Refunds requested during camp or within 100 days to camp opening are fully refundable with the exception of items above as well as the deposit, unless due to illness or injury. Refunds requested during camp are paid or credited on a pro-rated basis.
